A moving commemoration of the start of World War 1. The Cantata Collective will be representing local townsfolk at various stations throughout East Cheshire in a dramatic & musical tribute to the thousands of young troops who departed for the battlegrounds of Northern Europe from stations all over Britain. The performances are approximately 20 minutes in length and will take place on railway platforms as far as possible. In collaboration with Matt Baker & Theatre in the Quarter.

Friday 12th September – 11.00am at Poynton Community Centre
Saturday 20th September – Northwich, Plumley, Knutsford, Hale, Stockport Stations
Sunday 28th September – Poynton and Macclesfield Stations
